Some people might have seen my personal RANT: Everything i dislike in the “Moderation” video, and it’s really genuine-the term moderation drives me personally insane. It’s so perplexing! Which is dinner in moderation:

• Restaurants a good cookie monthly?
• Restaurants a cookie once a year?
• Dinner an excellent cookie once a day?
• Restaurants a donut now, although I experienced an effective cookie last night, but We have not got a doughnut in a few months?
