DO I HAVE TO BOOK TICKETS IN ADVANCE
Dinosaur exhibitions is usually very popular worldwide, most of its events have been sold out, and we advise our customers to purchase tickets in advance in order to avoid disappointments on the day. Because of venue capacity, we are forced to have limited numbers of visitors for each event day.
CAN I USE MY TICKETS FOR ANY FUTURE EVENTS?
No! Your ticket is only valid for the dates and times on the tickets.
WHERE DO I PARK MY VEHICLE?
If you are not familiar with the venue please contact the venue. Parking is usually allocated near the venue or on the streets. Signage will be provided leading to the parking area.
WHAT IS AN ADULT TICKET?
An adult ticket is valid for visitors aged 14 to 64 years old.
WHAT IS A CHILD TICKET?
A child ticket is valid for visitors aged 2 to 13 years old. Children aged under 2 years do not need admission ticket to enter.
IS THE EVENT INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
Jurassic Fest Surrey event is both indoor and outdoor.
WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT CASH OR CARD PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
Vendors at the venue will accept both. Card and cash are acceptable.
WHAT IS A FAMILY OF FOUR TICKETS?
Family of 4 ticket is for 2 kids and 2 adults or 1 adult and 3 kids.
WHAT IS A GROUP OF 8 TICKETS?
Group of 8 is either 8 adults or 1 adult with 7 children or a mix.
IS THE ROUTE ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair friendly.
CAN I BRING MY PETS ALONG?
No pets are allowed.
CAN I BRING A STROLLER/PUSHCHAIR/BUGGIE?
Yes. That said, we do not have facilities for storing them.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN’S SCOOTERS/BIKES/SKATES?
Due to health and safety issues children’s scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event and we do not have facilities for storing these items at the event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE A FULL EXPERIENCE OF THE EVENT?
Between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes.
I DID NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS. HOW CAN I GET THEM?
Please check the spam folder of your email to ensure that you have not received it. You may email us at info@dinoworldvancouver.com to inform us that you have not received your tickets.
Please include the following information in your email:
- the full name of the person that purchased the tickets.
- the last four digits of the card that was used to make the payment.
- the email address where you would like to receive your tickets.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
You can print your tickets or show the tickets on your phone to our team at the entrance. Please have the QR code showing so that your tickets can be scanned on your phone or your printed tickets.
ARRIVING EARLIER / LATER THAN MY TICKET TIME?
You are required to arrive during the time indicated on your ticket, if you arrive before or after the time indicated on your ticket you will not be allowed entry. Please note that you are only allowed to stay at the event within the time on your ticket.
WHAT ENTRY TIME DID I CHOOSE?
Information about your preferred entry time is printed on your ticket.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OR TIME OF MY VISIT?
To change your date or time please email your enquiry to changes@dinoworldvancouver.com Please remember to send us your full name, 5 digit order number and email address you used when you purchased the tickets.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKETS?

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK ON SALE?
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own food.
ARE FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
Some areas may be reserved photo shooting as a paid activity. There are plenty of Dinosaur models in Jurassic tour areas where photos can be taken from a distance.
